Mono black, Tendrils. This is a generic build, but should be pretty damn effective.The only expensive cards are Lion's Eye Diamond and the tutors. Fetchlands are optional. The deck should clock in around $300. Drop the fetchlands to save $45. If you're a black player, you should already have several of these cards anyway.

Explanation:

Use the Rituals to cast Ad Nauseam ASAP. Draw your entire deck. You have eight 0 CMC cards and twelve 1 CMC cards, so you're usually pretty safe. Play all of your free cards and your Rituals, then play Ill-Gotten Gains - but don't let it resolve. With IGG on the stack, sacrifice the Lion's Eye Diamond for BBB, then let IGG resolve. Pick up Cabal Ritual, LED, and a Tutor. Play LED, play Ritual, play Tutor, crack LED with Tutor on the stack for more free mana. Dig up Tendrils, cast for 30+.
