Rivals of Ixalan Update —Jan. 28, 2018

Few changes in recent weeks:

Snapcaster Mage ---> Flood of Recollection: Snapcaster Mage is amazing but was needed in another deck. I've replaced him with the new Flood of Recollection which is a very cheap recursion spell.

Glimmer of Genius ---> Frantic Search: Glimmer of Genius is a decent instant draw spell but I wanted to make room for Frantic Search as it is essentially a "free" draw spell. Discarding two cards isn't much of a cost in a deck with a decent amount of graveyard recursion.

Mob Rule ---> Cryptic Command: I often found that Mob Rule was unnecessary. The deck can quite easily dig for threaten effects. I wanted to find room for the amazing flexibility of Cryptic Command.

Wandering Fumarole ---> Izzet Charm: The deck had more than enough lands with all of the card draw. I could sacrifice one tapped land slot. Izzet Charm is very flexible and probably should have been in the deck all along.

Have you thought about Thada Adel, Acquisitor? She grabs a ton of mana rocks from opponents, and it seems like your curve could use this kind of effect. When not stealing rocks, she can take whatever else seems useful. She is a possibility for my Keep Your Friends Close But Your Enemies Closer deck, but I have not yet tested to see where things stand with it yet, so testing will potentially show if she would help.
