- Add 4x Satyr's Cunning Turns on Transmogrify and offers recursion

- Removed 4x deck:Neutralize Went with No Escape for the exile clause against Uro.

Added a sideboard to help against common meta decks. The odd balls like Niv-Mizzet, Parun & Goblin Wizardry help against a control deck. Allowing access to other threats that won't interfere with the overall synergy.

It has been done! The deck that everyone has talked about making. Transmogrify This a post rotation version!! I might work on a current version if I have enough response.
I settled on Izzet after hours of designing scrapping and redesigning multiple decks. The problems I found was; speed, efficiency, targets, and failures. I've answered these problems but increasing card draw and lowering copies of Transmogrify. Adding control elements with counter pieces such as Neutralize and Essence Scatter. But the main early game support comes from burn; Fire Prophecy helps to put anything not needed back into your deck for later, Soul Sear is burn that also helps deal with planeswalkers, and Storm's Wrath is "just" a board wipe...
So I know you didn't come here to read about burn...
In order to not miss with Transmogrify you can't really run other creatures than your target. I decided on Pursued Whale due to his ETB and his Pseudo hexproof effects. Our targets for the combo will be from Experimental Overload in a pinch, or The Akroan War. I mean who doesn't like a big "take that opponent" announcement as you sacrifice a "borrowed" creature for an 8/8 whale!
Finally for a little flare I added Teferi, Master of Time & Ominous Seas. Why not get rewarded for all those extra cards your drawing? If you don't need a second one or need a early removal just cycle it!
