Basically you cast Fluctuator and cycle the rest of your deck and just before you have no cards left in your libary you cast Laboratory Maniac so when you cycle your last card you win the game. The best part is the deck only costs just over 30. I have no idea if this deck is in any way competitive, this deck doesn't die to Laboratory Maniac being removed because you can respond by cyclyeing the rest of the deck.The only way they can slow down your combo is countering one of your Fluctuators and the only way they can stop your combo is by countering Laboratory Maniac, you could upgrade the deck by putting in 2x Force of Wills.
