Update (Version 1.0) —May 28, 2017

Realized I had a Requiem Angel, so clearly that had to go in. I wanted a little more ability to operate without the commander, if necessary, so I felt I needed more non-Ghave token generation. Finally, I wanted some more general-purpose removal and needed a minor mana correction to improve speed and rebalance the colors based on the other changes. Calling this version 1.0 now.
