All this talk about Devotion, Psh! Chroma was kicking far more ass than Devotion ever could, before devotion was even a thing! I played a standard version of this deck back when Llorwyn was in, and have had this pet deck since.

This deck has an impeccable mana curve. Arbor Elf into Overgrowth into Primalcrux on T3, Although that combo is not required to drop a T3 Crux. Running a 'decent' number of lands and not relying solely on dorks for ramp, this deck manages to avoid the pitfalls of other mono-G stompy lists that have the tendency to crumple under a few bolts to their elves.

Feast has been an all-star card, allowing you to freely take a few early beats before Feasting for a nice buffer that gives you time to steadily cast out the threats from your hand over the next few turns. Gaining 40 life is about average for what you can expect from the first cast.

I have been considering playing around with the R/G Deity, but havent figured if its worth it. I would probably want to run 4x to keep the pressure on, so would either cut an alternate Deity entirely or make a split.
