The idea is to put deathtouch equipments on your "mortars" (tap deals one damage to target creature). You can buff up Blood Cultist by killing of their creatures. Or put a Quietus Spike or Elbrus on Prodigal Pyromancer to deal the damage without ever having to swing.

Wojek Embermage alows you to wipe the field, but be careful not to wipe your own side.
