Added some cards for token decks and a signet —Oct. 14, 2017
I decided to remove some cards that I felt were either irrelevant or just didn't have a big enough impact in the deck like Angelic Field Marshal and Ajani Unyielding for some key cards to deal with the huge amount of token base deck circulating at the moment, especially with the Edgar Markov deck of this year. So I added, like suggested by NV_1980, Mirri, Weatherlight Duelist and some other cards I dug up with the same effect: Silent Arbiter and Dueling Grounds. I also removed a land to add a Selesnya Signet.

NV_1980 Thanks for the suggestions and feedback! I thought of adding Mirri for a while now, Silent Arbiter and Dueling Grounds being also two cards I wanna get my hand on. I never really thought about Archangel of Tithes, but seeing its effect and the fact that my aura shards kinda lacks creature to trigger it, I'll find a way to make it fit in the deck to see if it helps! As far as budget is concerned, cards that aren't too expensive (aka Avacyn which was WAY too expansive XD) are cool, so as long as they're not over, per say, $20, I can afford them! When I get my hand on the new cards, I'll update the deck and see how it goes

Not bad! If you're worried about token decks, how about adding Mirri, Weatherlight Duelist? I know she's not exactly cheap, but she's not that expensive either and quite powerful. Windborn Muse, Archangel of Tithes or Norn's Annex might also help, in case you want to add some tax cards.
