Budget Mono-Red Standard Burn Deck (rotation proof) with a focus on Wizards for Wizard's Lightning. Doublecast + Guttersnipe with any of the direct damage spells is the win condition (Lightning Strike, Shock, Wizard's Lightning)

Plays well against other casual decks. Open to budget suggestions. This deck is definitely missing some artifact and enchantment removal, but I'm not sure how to work it in.
