Tuskguard Captain feels a bit useless, since only Mistcutter Hydra really needs him. Why not some,, trample-deathtouch? . Mer-Ek Nightblade

You can make this faster. Cards like Overgrown Tomb and Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx will create more balance and ramp your hydras. Nissa, Worldwaker will speed you up as well, while Kalonian Tusker will drop quickly and beef devotion. you can also consider cards like Voyaging Satyr as it untaps Nykthos. Hardened Scales and Increasing Savagery feel like "win more" cards.
