New mono blue tempo im testing on arena. Going well so far I'm scratching platinum. Pteramander and Brineborn Cutthroat are the main beaters with Brazen Borrower improving consistancy of damage. Essence Capture has great synergy with Brineborn Cutthroat and Benthic Biomancer (thats the main reason Benthic Biomancer is here). Quench and Negate complete the counterspell suit although I really need good suggestions here as they lack consistency and are hit and miss a lot. Opt , Winged Words and Spectral Sailor provide fuel with Opt and Spectral Sailor synergysing nicely with Brineborn Cutthroat .

The whole thing needs tweeking and I tend to loose to decks I don't know but it's really reactive and a real menace to any creature base deck.
