I don't usually post combo decks, but I've been trying to build a $5 mill deck for awhile, and this is the most consistent one I've found (inspired by Dev over at SBMTG). There are a number of different ways to win by turn 5. Here's one: turn 2 Manic Scribe , turn 3 Fiend Hunter (exiling your Scribe), turn 4 Mirror Image (copy and exile your Fiend Hunter, bringing your Scribe back into play), turn 5 Lumbering Battlement (exile your Scribe and Mirror Image, bringing your Fiend Hunter back into play; exile the Lumbering Battlement with the Fiend Hunter, bringing your Scribe and Mirror Image back into play; copy and exile your Fiend Hunter, etc.).

Overwhelmed Apprentice , Opt , Taigam's Scheming , and Cryptic Annelid dig for the combo pieces; Dispel and Negate protect them once they're out. This is definitely all a bit janky, but what did you expect for a $5 infinite mill deck?
