Top Deck Win —April 24, 2019
Played a game against a Group Hug Zur, a 60% Edgar Markov, and 70% Bantchantments w/ Tuvasa. Game started relatively slow except for Edgar pumping out vamps. Zur and Tuvasa were slightly land locked for a turn or two. I was able to play Burnished Hart T3 and Clever Impersonator T4 to copy Burnished and T5 was able to sac both thanks to drawing Cabal Coffers and already having Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth out. Then T6 I wiped the board with Curse of Swine getting rid of Markov’s Necropolis Regent, some big tokens and Tuvasa (fizzling all enchantments on her. Eventually Grim Grin comes out kills a few dudes, slings some damage at the Edgar player. Edgar kills the Zur player right after. Edgar then uses Terminate on grim Grin and then tuvasa ends up swinging out at Edgar for massive commander. I already had Diregraf Captain out and a bunch of mana. So next turn I top deck River Kelpie, cast Grim grin again, sac Kelpie to GG, draw Josu vess, cast Josu vess w/kicker. Then I cycle Gempalm Polluter from my hand to sling 11 at Tuvasa player, and then sack all tokens to Grim grin to sling out 8 more damage from Doregraf for the win.
polyorchid hey, thanks for the comment and suggestions! I'm already running Ashnod's Altar and I did indeed know about the combos with that! I did not know of the Ghoulcaller Gisa however. I knew she obviously has zombie synergy but I didnt know if she was actually worth a spot in the deck, and after your comment, she definitely deserved to be thought about having a place here somewhere. Same with Blood Artist which is another card I am aware of but didn't know if it is something I should run. What cards would you take out for ghoulcaller and blood artist?

If I was you I would drop Geralfs mindcrusher and zombie trailblazer.

I run a grim grin deck as well. I haven’t got to play it much though but I think I have some ideas for you. So you’re able to go infinite really easy through rooftop storm gravecrawler and grim grin or Ashnod's Altar . I run both the Blood Artist effects to kill opponents once that’s assembled or you can sac your infinite grim grin to Ghoulcaller Gisa for infinite zombies
