For more consistency with mana, switching out:

Also going to drop Path to Exile -> Rakdos Signet given there's several other creature removals and lots of beefy knights. Can easily put back in if there's something like a lot of evasion that I can't easily stop.

I'm trying my on take on Syr Gwyn, but she sucks big time, but there isn't out there a half decent commander for such an underpower mechanic (equipments).

I would definitely try to put a few mana rocks because equipments require a lot of mana and Syr Gwyn will arrive fashionably late to the party. The perfect "mana rock" for an equipment deck is Inspiring Statuary. If you run a bunch mana rocks, a similar effect would be Clock of Omens, specially good if your mana rocks give 2 or more mana each.

Yeah I've been concerned on her mana cost and how potentially slow this deck may play out. I'm gonna use some mana rocks and probably give the Inspiring Statuary a try with a proxy deck to see how it actually plays, then I'll update on here if I like it in a casual format.

I already have an Uril deck with Sigarda in the 99. The deck you say would run quite similar to that one.

I would love to run Puresteel Paladin as a comander, but my playgroup won't allow.

So I've played this deck a few times now with proxies just to make sure it's not too slow and I'm already loving it. It's ended up not slow at all with the mana rocks and rarely missing land drops, plus the other knights synch very well with the equipment even without the commander so it holds out fairly well until I get Syr Gwyn out, then it really takes off. It's certainly more casual than competitive but it's also not super janky that it can't get a solid win.
