The first thing you need to do when playing this deck is to mulligan until you reach a Treasure Hunt. The deck should work like this winning turn 3-5 quite reliably:

Turn 1: play a red/blue land

Turn 2: play Reliquary Tower and Cast Treasure Hunt revealing lands until Lighting Storm is revealed.

Turn 3: Cast Lighting Storm and discard your hand.

Turn 4: Laugh, as your opponent wonders what the hell just happened :P
