The deck feels a little unfocussed. If you are a control list, commit to it, if you are value, commit, if you are all-in combo, commit. You can't have it all- pick something to do well and take that.
Personally, I'd look at trying to get all the colours and happily off of dance in one go, while playing a midrange creature game in 1-2 colours. Three tops.
Theater of Horrors+Simic Ascendancy gives you all five colours from x=3, but Unlikely Alliance + Moldervine Reclamation would be a legitimate value engine outside of that too. Since it doesn't matter if card types are in the yard, just playing incidental card-draw should take care of the rest.
Shinechaser is just a 3/3 for 3. The creatures you play either need to provide more value, or cost less.
Halbard/lance are cool, but they will be awkward to use outside of the combo-win- If you were able to play white 1 drops with lifelink then pump them up with them to stay at high life for happily, that might be different- at which point ajani and pridemate will do a lot for you.
While the tall/cast off interaction is nice, Kenrith's Transformation fits the aura requirement and is removal, Lawmage's Binding has the benifit of instant speed to 'finish' your happily while New Horizons and Urban Utopia fix mana.
