At the beginning of your upkeep, put a growth counter on Malignant Growth.
At the beginning of each of your opponents' draw steps, that player draws a card for each growth counter on Malignant Growth, then Malignant Growth deals damage to the player equal to the number of cards he or she drew this way.

Monastery Siege on dragons.
Rayne, Academy Chancellor for extra draw.
Malignant Growth might be a janky way to damage your opponents.
Sphinx's Tutelage will chew through most mono colored decks.
Psychosis Crawler and Chasm Skulker are auto includes for me. Very strong with Braingeyser and Prosperity.
Consecrated Sphinx if you wanted to spend a little extra on the deck.

Malignant Growth does some work, but can make me a target, whereas Windfall can be a wincon under a lot of conditions and can do so out of nowhere.
Capsize -> Imprisoned in the Moon
Tough call here. I generally have the resources to abuse Capsize, but I've never done so despite drawing it in many games. IitM can take care of problem commanders.
