Arcanis the Omnipotent and Fugitive Wizard are very efficient card drawers

I think you need a Fugitive Wizard or two.

For the fun of the table and budget considerations, would you consider running Fugitive Wizard as a 3-of? I play it in my mono-green Tibalt EDH and people usually scoop after it resolves.

A non-Un alternative to the last question: If I controlled both a Deceiver of Form and a Fiend Hunter (and had a... Fugitive Wizard exiled under it), then Deceiver of Form causes Fiend Hunter to become a copy of Rona, Disciple of Gix or Nightveil Specter, would I then be able to cast the Fugitive Wizard?

Magic cards are helpful.

Fugitive Wizard does something. I still wouldn't recommend running it because you could have something more helpful.

Fugitive Wizard best card in deck maybe? Add it!

AI trying to figue out how comepttive something is is never gonna work. There are good decks using bad cards, and bad decks using good cards. What it can do, is tell how big a percentage of your decklist consist format-stables in your given format.

So my guess is a deck with 30x Tarmogoyf and 30x Fugitive Wizard, illigal and unplayable as it is, should be rated as 50% competitive regardless.

Tell me if I'm in the wrong here. Is this Yeago guy actually trying to make the side understand card interactions, curve, meta, comboes n' such 0.0

In that case, probs to him, but good luck making that work.

You know what? I usually don't make fun of cards, but...

While better than Fugitive Wizard generally, at least I'd play that in Azami.

Seriously, Eternalize has got to be one of the most disappointing mechanics I've seen in recent memory. It's so damn expensive.
