but out of all seriousness, you could run more mana rocks like Commander's Sphere or Manalith might be good for more mana-fixing.
One thing that may be fun with Jeleva is stacking libraries to make sure you ALWAYS hit spells. Here are some ways I found to do that: Ancestral Knowledge, Aven Fateshaper, Descendant of Soramaro, Elemental Augury, Halimar Depths (if you don't mind tap-lands), Sensei's Divining Top (if you have really deep pockets), Cruel Fate, Crystal Ball, Dimir Charm, Dimir Machinations, Lim-Dul's Vault, and Soothsaying. I couldn't find many ways to stack your opponent's decks but this might be something to think about.
