Panoptic Mirror 's triggered ability is a "may" ability, so your opponent will just choose not to copy the imprinted card(s) if it would hurt them to do so.
Sundial of the Infinite doesn't really do anything for you either. Again, you cannot activate it for your opponent. He or she will control it and probably not use it.

You keep the 4/4 Giant anyway. If you want to use Sundial of the Infinite to skip having to pay the mana for the delayed triggered ability, then you can activate it after those abilities go onto the stack during your next upkeep.
For more information on Sundial of the Infinite, see mafteechr's article here.

Well, there are other ways of tutoring those spells, like Enlightened Tutor and Intuition , if you're going to play legacy there are many many possiblities, and there is a deck based on the pact spells and Hive mind that is pretty powerful lately.

using an Isochron Scepter an imprint a pact..an donate]].but i really dont wanna wait for the 6mana an another 4mana for Mindslaver ...so i can control the scepter...do you know of any cards that let me gain such control?..any help is tooken gratefully brothaThiagoMaia

The only cards that currently let you gain control of another player's turn are Mindslaver and Sorin Markov .
It's probably not viable to do an Isochron Scepter approach, but Hive Mind has been done and works reasonably well.
Also, if you're interested in trading any of those Vampiric Tutor s, post on my wall.

hmm..i like Sorin Markov ...not to many people use em...a lot of people ive seen like my brother finish matches quit quick...an i seen how well it is effective..and am trying to develop a style that has early defending an removals...to buy me some idle time for the more expensive cards...that deliver a one hit ko type ..its a path i wanted to try cause ive seen the totally great success with under 4turn wins...so i drag out the battle to deliver the ko switch...(i know it sounds sorta wack)tho it does work if your into the long run...your far more experianced then myself an im jus wondering if you think its a good idea from your helping wisdom.. thats why i have the Isochron Scepter for early idle time..i was gonna us a Memory Lapse so if they dont have any fetch or draw cards in their hand then...their sorta stuck with the same hand if it goes correctly..till i can drop the Hive Mind orMindslaver ...my mana situation i try is for depending on jus 3..but have the kill switches set to 7..i really wanna play with the best.. any kinda feedback will an is tooken to the fullest appreciation.. im dedicated an hopefully will get to play against you an everyone that has helpd me get further to my dream...

Artifacts aren't affected by summoning sickness...
Unless otherwise stated, only the controller of a permanent may activate its abilities. Once you resolve Donate and give your opponent control of your Isochron Scepter , you may no longer activate Isochron Scepter's ability unless you regain control of it.
602.2. To activate an ability is to put it onto the stack and pay its costs, so that it will eventually resolve and have its effect. Only an object's controller (or its owner, if it doesnt have a controller) can activate its activated ability unless the object specifically says otherwise. Activating an ability follows the steps listed below, in order. If, at any point during the activation of an ability, a player is unable to comply with any of those steps, the activation is illegal; the game returns to the moment before that ability started to be activated (see rule 717, "Handling Illegal Actions"). Announcements and payments can't be altered after they've been made.
