Im trying to decide how i want to build my equipment based deck but cant decide colours
I know i want white, ajani and fabled hero make too good an argument for me not to but do i want red or blue secondary? Blue gives me evasion and allows me to top my curve with a single Medomai the Ageless but red has shrapnel blast, burn, trample, burn, erm...

I'd say red. That way you can maximize on the double strike guys (Prophetic Flamespeaker and maybe Two-Headed Cerberus ). You can get creatures with trample. Shrapnel Blast is really good. Until rotation you have Boros Charm and Legion Loyalist . You can play Hamerhand. Maybe even rock my goodfriend Scrapyard Mongrel . On a totally unrelated note: What equipments do you plan on running. oh and before september comes Fencing Ace might be a good buddy.

Actual selections undecided until i know which stats my deck lacks

I like the idea to built an equipment deck even though equipments aren't that big a thing at the moment.

Godsend and Brimaz, King of Oreskos seems like fun. Although it is another three drop if you do go W/R then Prophetic Flamespeaker would be another great target for it

As derKochXXL was saying it seems like a great fit, outside of adding Green for Hexproof Creatures. Going the artifact route you can top the curve at Hoarding Dragon or for an aura maybe Spectra Ward alongside cards like Madcap Skills

I was thinking Aqueous Form the 1 mana shield and Daxos of Meletis being good if i went for blue

My overall target is a deck that could win a fnm standard and has minimal substitutions post rotation
