Hi folks! I've been working on this deck for a while and still need help optimizing its competitiveness. I value any and all feedback/suggestions within my budget (i.e. I can't play Tarmogoyf or Liliana of the Veil). If you have something to say, I'd prefer you comment on the deck's page itself.
It's a bit of a rogue list, but I wouldn't have it any other way: Project Smallpox . Thanks in advance!

Thanks for the input! I responded in length on the deck's page, Project Smallpox so the conversation would be right below the list.

I think I've taken a gander at you deck once or twice. I basically like the idea a lot, and think Wish-based midrange could be great.
My major suggestion for your deck is to drop Baneslayer Angel, and throw in more disruption (either Path or Decay), then rework the sideboard a bit, including 1-2 big finishers to replace the Angels that you can grab with Glittering Wish if you really need them - e.g. Sigarda, Host of Herons or Blood Baron of Vizkopa. Wilt-Leaf Liege would also be good because you have a lot of token-producing stuff happening.
I would also get rid of the Leylines in favor of Wheel of Sun and Moon and maybe Heroes' Reunion, and throw a Qasali Pridemage in there. I'd also add a sideboard Abrupt Decay - it does have some advantage over Maelstrom Pulse. I'm not sure you can replace the other mono-colored sideboard stuff easily, but I feel like a 1-of multi-colored card that you can tutor in any game is better than any given 1-of that's a regular bench player that you won't ever be likely to draw.
Major takeaway - if you're going to play Glittering Wish (especially 4-of), I say go all-in with the strategic advantage it can give you. If you add some disruption to your deck, you should be able to survive a lot of games until you can figure out how to use Wish to break that particular matchup. I hope that helps. Best of luck.
