Ah, the first I saw the card was just the picture at a different link. Thank you squirrelking98.

No problem. I took apart my Misty Mountains deck, and made some new decks, but i saw Everwolf, and i remade the deck(Misty Mountains-Part II) and have all the cards, and using Gatstaf Shepherd instead of Everwolf. I am going to be so pissed off if it is a fake, and i have a feeling it is, cause it is way to overpowered for an uncommon, it'll be worth at least like $5, and that's starting out. Any other people feel this way?

I was thinking the same exact thing. I mean really, a card that stops all your transformed werewolfs from changing back? at uncommon! to good to be true... although if it is true get ready to have a ridiculous flood of werewolf decks =/

The +1/+1 bonus also strikes me as too good to be true for an uncommon

Isn't it funny how pretty much every "rare" werewolf isn't as good as this one?

I wouldn't say that's entirely true.
I'd still say Instigator Gang Flip Flip, Kruin Outlaw Flip Flip, and Mayor of Avabruck Flip Flip are better overall as they can go into decks that aren't specifically werewolf decks and still be strong.
Everwolf just makes werewolf decks a thing.
January 12, 2012 2:36 p.m.
Ya, that card with those cards you mentioned IAmKingTony, Gang, Outlaw, Mayor, + Everwolf. That's just freaking ridiculous, then you throw Moonmist in there, that's like a done deal. On turn 5 you swing with the Gang and Outlaw you win, + Reckless Waif Flip Flip on turn 1, and a Mayor of Avabruck Flip Flip on turn 2. Werewolf decks are good IMO, and my Misty Mountains deck beat pretty much every deck that my group of friends played with, except any type of control. Everwolf can change werewolfs drastically, plus there will probably print more too.

We still haven't seen the mythic!
I've been able to do some stuff locally with my current red werewolf deck, Everwolf is just going to take it to the next level...
I like your deck there. Personally I've just been not too hyped on a R/G werewolf deck. I find they are good on their own but a red werewolf deck with just enough green for Moonmist & card:Full Moon's Rise is probably better than a green one.
To me the green wolves just don't pack the proper punch.

Personally, if it is a card that really will be printed, I'm going to put at least three in my R/G Werewolves deck. It's just too good not to.

I've never seen a card on the gathering spoilers that was fake. Everwolf is on there. Which leads me to believe that it is in fact real and is going to reshape the werewolves. I also think that they wanted to see more werewolf decks and realized it wasn't going to happen as long as they remained as inconsistent as they currently are. Everwolf will provide stability to the decks and make werewolves viable. Make sure to get your mayors daybreak rangers and instigator gangs now.

Already have em rckclimber777, and your right, except i have seen one fake on the spoilers, it was supposed to be the jace for m12, it was Jace, Master of Illusions. But something else that happens on there, is that they sometimes get the rarity wrong, so it could be real, just not uncommon, either that or Wizards of the Coast are becoming too generous to uncommons.

The Mythic has been spoiled!
Huntmaster of the Fells (Ravager of the Fells) 2RG
Type: Creature - Human, Werewolf Rarity: Mythic Rare
Whenever this creature enters the battlefield or transforms into Huntmaster of the Fells, put a 2/2 green wolf token onto the battlefield and you gain 2 life.
At the beginning of each upkeep, if no spells were cast last turn, transform Huntmaster of the Fells.
2/2
// (Ravager of the Fells)
Whenever this creature transforms into Ravager of the Fells, it deals 2 damage to target opponent and 2 damage to up to one target creature that opponent controls.
At the beginning of each upkeep, if a player cast two or more spells last turn, transform Ravager of the Fells.
4/4

And its abilities seem to actually be hurt by this new "Everwolf". I can see this being played in Pod decks though.

Well there's enough werewolf cards where there can be more than one different type of werewolf deck, so there doesn't have to be 100% synergy.
Even now I have two different ones.
It is a bit odd that the two R/G werewolf cards don't mesh though. Although I suppose some other cards could still come out.
Tovolar (the legendary mythic werewolf) for instance.

Werewolves will never be a legitimate deck while Ratchet Bomb is legal. Yea, it can show up when it's not expected and steal some wins but if anyone suspects they might come up against werewolves the ability to one-sided wrath an aggro deck is too much to overcome. AVR really needs some great non-flipping werewolves to legitimize the archetype.
Even when ratchet bomb is gone the fact that curving out keeps you from transforming makes wevewolves too slow to be a good aggro deck but not fast enough to get there before a control player can drop a sweeper. Compare werewolves to a deck with Stromkirk Noble , Reckless Waif Flip Flip, Diregraf Ghoul , and Stensia Bloodhall and Bump in the Night in case it stalls out.

True, but what is that R/B deck going to do when 4 wolves are swinging for 56 trample and all of them need to be double blocked?
January 13, 2012 11:16 a.m.
Ratchet Bomb is an amazing sideboard card. It ruins a lot of decks, including all the token variants that are running around right now. But that's the great thing about the current standard meta right now; NO deck has been the best for more than a month. Wolf Run, Gavony Tokens, Illusions, Humans; they're all great decks, but each one has a strength and a weakness against each other. Plus there are some other decks that show up at tournaments and win games because no one is hating them because they've yet to become popular. We've yet to see the next Cawblade type juggernaut that dominates standard for an entire block, and I LOVE that.
Changing gears. I've been thinking about it, and I don't know just how much Huntmaster will see much play in a tribal werewolf deck. The whole point of werewolves is to transform and then beat faces, which is where Immerwolf (they renamed it) would have the advantage over Huntmaster.
Having Huntmaster transform back and forth to gain the benefits of each face multiple times makes me think he'd be better off in a Jund or RUG deck (I like the idea of using it in Pod decks too, Miasma). I bet he'll be a beast in limited!

@IAmKingTony that's not really a possibility against a deck with a 4 to 5 turn clock and 20ish sources of creature removal (Incinerate , Brimstone Volley , Doom Blade , Tribute to Hunger )

Everwolf
1RG
Intimidate
Other wolf and werewolf creatures you control get +1/+1.
Werewolves you control, that are not human, cannot transform.
This is what I translated, so anyone may feel free to correct any part of it.
