Choice/interactive cards?
Commander Deck Help forum

I am interested in making a fun budget EDH deck filled as much as possible with spells that either make my opponents make some kind of choice/vote (Pain's Reward is my favorite so far) or do some kind of minigame (Goblin Game). I don't want to do any kind of zany chaos stuff, (Eye of the Storm, Confusion in the Ranks) I find that just makes the boardstate bit too confusing and slow for people.
The issue is that is is very hard to search for these cards due to the variety of wording. I am not too worried right now about the power of the cards, (Lets face it, almost all of them are terrible anyway) I am just getting a list of as many as possible up and will trim it later.
Does anyone have any suggestions? I am currently Using Mogis as my commander, as he actually has an effect that fits, but I may want to go Grixis. I am not sure what general would be most thematic if I did.
Slaughter? Or not.

Thanks, good suggestion! I am seeing a couple gems I missed here. I didn't think about Edicts, but they are a kind of tough choice card too.

Impatience is sort of a choice I guess. And that opens up a lot more cards that punish people for doing certain things like Manabarbs, No Mercy, Oppression, and Rain of Gore.
Blood Clock fits your idea nicely. Although I feel that all these life taxing effects may not be enough in a 40 life format so you may want cards that prevent life gain like Havoc Festival and Everlasting Torment.

Ooh, can't believe I forgot Indulgent Tormentor and Desecration Demon. Also Killing Wave

MrAptronym,
I like using EDHREC for queries like this; it may be helpful for you as well.
For example, from all the decks in their database, here are the cards most often paired with Pain's Reward and paired with Goblin's Game. The lists include a bunch of chaos cards too, but might provide you a starting point anyways.
