Add some Draw —Dec. 16, 2014

So I have made a couple of small changes to increase the ways this deck has card draw.

I have dropped Goblin Sledder and added in Bloodgift Demon: this change keeps the creature count the same but allows me to use my life to buy cards in effect. In such an aggro deck that isn't a bad trade I don't think.

The second change is to swap out Fling for Read the Bones. This again adds card draw, but allows me to filter a little too, making that card draw better. Sign in Blood is cheaper, but it is double black which makes Read the Bones a little more reliable to cast in some respects so it gets the nod.
