I've seen Nurturing Pixie pick up popularity for a minute. Mostly in a black discard/sacrifice vibe, which isn't usually my kind of vibe. But maybe with something like Mage's Attendant?

Tithing Blade   is a classic combo with Pixie.

I like a good Nahiri's Resolve angle. Then I could try a Lunarch Veteran   Gumdrop Poisoner kind of control combo. Charming Scoundrel is good with constant blinks.

Extraction Specialist can get back the Pixie, and the Resolve blink can free the Pixie up to attack more.

Looks like lots of these cards are outlaws. Rogues and Warlocks. Vial Smasher, Gleeful Grenadier maybe has some power here.

Elesh Norn, Mother of Machines can double up the ETB effects and cancel the opponent's.

Lands are focused on the fast lands and Conduit Pylons and Cavern of Souls.
