Awful deck to play which will win you no friends. Modified version of House Dimir on Arena. Not OP, but definitely annoying. Surveil will ensure you get the cards you want, while making those Dimir Spybugs fat and scary. Thief of Sanity will annoy your opponents as you rob them off their greatest cards and a sprinkle of removal should keep major threats to this deck in check.
