We've made a few more minor changes just to test some things.
We removed 1 basic forest to try out Prismatic Vista. This does two things for us; It lets us search for an Island (which turns on Wonder), and allows us to dig even deeper with Hermit Druid. We are, as always, absolutely forked if someone resolves a Ruination or a Magus of the Moon type effect, but it's not a big strategy in my play groups so we'll keep being greedy.
Next, we've dropped Splinterfright for Mortivore. Splinter has always been an odd card in the deck. He's really there for his / power and toughness (which Mimeo can use for +1/+1 counters), but he's not a card we want to see early. Mortivore can potentially just be much larger in the grand scheme of things and has its own relevant ability with regenerate.
We also went ahead and removed Prime Speaker Vannifar in place of Putrefax. Putrefax is just an easy win player-killer card on its own. I try to include a lot of creature options for our removal and this slot is probably going to shuffle around a lot. I'm thinking we either need a creature kill such as Noxious Gearhulk or more cards that can interact with other permanents like Acidic Slime or Woodfall Primus.
