This is my attempt at a fun mill deck All Suggestions Welcome

Phenax, God of Deception - Straightforward

Agent of the Fates - Great Removal, Decent Power and Devotion

Consuming Aberration - My favorite card and can end games fast

Artisan of Forms - Makes them either use removal or have their own cards used against them

Consuming Aberration + Phenax, God of Deception - Huge Power Spike

Consuming Aberration + Artisan of Forms = A whole lot of Consuming Aberrations

From here I've just been experimenting with what would work and need ideas.
