Finally Updating this Deck —June 23, 2021

Hello Everyone! While this update is not very extensive, I wanted to make this update and really bring it up to code with how the Deck currently stands (which, as my friends tell me, is long needed). Without further ado:

Inspiring Vantage ----------------------> Spectator Seating:

Simply put: I needed to make sure I had a land that was consistently coming untapped the Mid to late game. In Commander, it will rarely ever come in tapped unless I am in the extremely late game.

Nylea, God of the Hunt ----------------> Eladamri's Call:

I had originally taken the Tutor out, but sadly, due to the highly competitive nature of my playgroup, I found that it was absolutely essential to have in the deck. Nylea is good but since most of my creatures have trample, I felt that it was just a redundant and hard to remove enchantment. Thus, Swapped.

Nylea, Keen-Eyed --------------------------> Elvish Piper:

Many of the same reasons the previous Nylea was removed, are the same reasons that this Nylea was removed. Unfortunately, It just does not have enough staying power: Even if it helps my ramp, its actual effect doesn't help enough AND when its not a creature it just is a redundant Enchantment. Everyone and their mother has advised me to run Piper in this deck to cheat out my massive beasties and so far, its been entirely effective. A Redundant effect that can slap out Eldrazi and huge dragons for 1 mana? Done.

Nyxbloom Ancient --------------------> Verdant Sun's Avatar:

I am sad to make this change, but its a necessary one for form and function. There are instances where the decks very many greedy ramp (such as Ancient Tomb) will lower your life total too significantly. Verdant Sun's Avatar negates this issue and provides an insane amount of lifegain in the deck. Unfortunately, Nyxbloom just did not fit well into the deck: It is mainly a combo card and the deck is more about cheating big things in and hitting face. I am sad, but look forward to seeing the card in a new / different Deck.

Cavalier of Flame ----------------------> Wurmcoil Engine:

Sadly, I am not really getting the land bonus when Flame dies, and dealing around 2-3 damage isn't really a significant amount in most cases. Haste is nice, but ultimately I am only needing to give haste to a singular creature and its a litle awkward sometimes. Wurmcoil engine synergizes with a few other cards in the deck, AND assists in gaining life, which has become a concern for this deck as more and more opponents get aggressive and powerful.

I am sure more updates will come, but that's all for now!
