Decided to go ahead and replace Avacyn with Dragonlord Ojutai for better survivability and card advantage.
Also put in two Overwhelming Denial for mirror-matches. Great way to keep your spells from getting countered.

To me, you lose out by trying to max the noncreature threshold for Narset Transcendent. I recommend taking out Day's Undoing for a better source of card advantage, since as a control deck you will be dumping your hand slower than almost every other deck, leaving you open to haste creatures, etc. You go heavy on the 1-for-1 removal which is best in a format where opponents are not making more than 1 card per cast, but you have little method of dealing with a 2/2 Arlinn Kord Flip wolf (without burning a removal spell). 24 is also a low land count for control, especially one trying to cast Stasis Snare,Ruinous Path, and Void Shatter--requiring 6 unique mana symbols to be able to cast reliably on curve. As such, I recommend cutting Stasis Snare for 2 lands, to have a more reliable game against all decks and a better long game vs other control decks, especially those that have put the monetary investment into Jace, Vryn's Prodigy Flip. Armed with more land, you could play an X-spell like Epiphany at the Drownyard in place of Day's Undoing: since you only want to use Undoing no earlier than turns 7-8 as a control deck, if you hit lands on curve you will have ~4 decent cards rather than refilling your hand and your opponent's while leaving yourself vulnerable to opponents' haste creatures from the forced turn-pass. Casting undoing can be lethal against you against enemy aggro decks. Epiphany is also an instant, allowing you to hold up mana for counterspells/removal and getting significant card advantage if enemies pass the turn without casts (i.e. especially against other control decks, or decks playing flash creatures like Archangel Avacyn Flip).

I don't know how much narset is going to do for you, and if you could, you should probably chuck in Avacyn, but otherwise the deck looks good, also I agree with Countermage
