You find yourself wondering through the plane of Ravnica and end up on the wrong side of town.

Rakdos doesn't like new comers and he has sent out some of his gang to take care of you.

The Tormented Souls and Rakdos Cacklers come to great you first. Don't worry the Rakdos Shred-Freaks will join in soon enough. If you think they sky might be safer then the Grim Roustabout infested streets, you'll see some Rakdos Drakes to keep you in check. Keep an eye out for anyone with a Deviant Glee about them, and you just might make it out without a Stab Wound. If you see any devilish Hellriders you'll be done for soon enough, as Rakdos, Lord of Riots is normally just a step behind them.

This is a budget deck I put together around the time RTR block came out, I've kept it pretty much unchanged and it does fairly well for casual play.
