Golgari deck focused on budget use of snow permanent synergy. Very straightforward creature control deck.

Boreal Druid and Rime Tender help ramp your mana to get out Draugr Necromancer ASAP. Draugr Necromancer builds a bank of creatures you can cast and keeps those cards out of your opponents' graves. Then, start wiping your opponents' creatures with Dead of Winter and Priest of the Haunted Edge. After that, start casting your army using Draugr Necromancer's ability and all your sources of Snow mana.

Diabolic Tutor and Glacial Revelation help you pull the cards you need early on so you can put the right pieces together.

Finally, Boreal Outrider, Rime Transfusion, and Giant Growth bolster your conscripted army to finish off your opponents. There is nothing like beating your opponent senseless with his/her own creatures.
