Mill deck using ally's. I was pleasantly surprised to see that kicked Rite of Replication and Halimar Excavator produces a 216 card mill off the top of the opponents deck, which, unless I'm mistaken is a decisive win. The problem is of course, quickly building up the 9 mana needed to kick Rite of Replication. This is my answer.
