Cast Hunted Horror and Yahenni, Undying Partisan beforehand to take advantage of their triggered abilities. After everything is dead Mortivore should be nice and beefy and Avatar of Woe will be easier to bring out.

Use Regrowth to help bring the Sylvan Paradise/Perish combo back and do it again.
