Need feedback on a redesign of an old deck I used to play with.

Back in the old days it was pretty powerful and almost never lost so I tried testing it out again. It got slaughtered badly without any wins so I'm trying to redesign it.

It's main aim is to take control using various counters while getting Metathran Elite + Sigil of Sleep for the win.

It uses Thieving Magpie s for card draw. Shimmer for land control. Stronghold Biologist and Stronghold Machinist for established countering.

I don't have much ideas for the sideboard except Back to Basics to replace the Shimmer s against a heavily nonbasic land deck. Douse s against Red. Redirect 's to replace some counters when profitable. And finally Grafdigger's Cage as the guy that I was testing against slaughted me with graveyard casting.
