The deck already has a few games under its belt and I must say that the Mother and Giver of Runes didn't do much. Instead, the Bellringer and Quirion Ranger are now coming for even more synergy and ramp.
The classic counterspell has always been the worst counter in my hand in many games, so I'll try another one here. I think its downside could be an upside in this deck.
Handsize isn‘t a real issue (just keep whats needed for the win) and Thought Vessel was just in for the comfort of not discarding. Instead, the Talisman provides the mana we need to start and to finish a game.
Growing Rites comes for a forest. I can get four creatures together quickly and I don't have Gaea’s Cradle in my collection... ;)
