Second attempt to make an Owls deck, most of them help modifying the top of the deck while Mindshrieker gets benefit from that (and I'm almost positive is also an owl).

The rest is a selection of split cards that I found playable and can also give a good boost to my Mindshrieker. Thunderous Wrath 'cause it also gets benefit from the "scry", Blasphemous Act 'cause "why not?!" and Blast of Genius as an alternate way of using all of this.

Also, snow lands for Rimefeather Owl and Extraplanar Lens in case I wanna hardcast something.
