This list is a work in progress, feel free to contribute. It only includes cards that will be valid in Standard after April 8. Below are a few notes on less obvious interactions and synergy:

1. Briarbridge Patrol + Tamiyo's Journal can allow you to summon crazy cards like Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger for the meager price of three clues by turn 5.

2. Bound by Moonsilver can sacrifice any number of clues instantly, triggering "whenever you sacrifice a clue" cards.

3. Ulvenwald Mysteries effectively gives Thalia's Lieutenant the second half of Tireless Tracker's text. Since Confront the Unknown, Thalia's Lieutenant,and Tireless Tracker all give instant +1/+1 at the cost of clues it's a fairlyplausible win condition to sacrifice all clues instantly using Bound by Moonsilver in order to deal lethal damage.

4. When making an Investigate deck you have to make sure you know what win condition(s) you are aiming for. Graf Mole will do nothing for you if you plan on saving your clues for cards like Ghirapur AEther Grid or Confront the Unknown. The Briarbridge Patrol + Tamiyo's Journal combo is an exception; it works fine in any clue-oriented deck.

5. Although it doesn't fit the criteria of this list, Second Harvest can be good with clues.
