Took me a while to get this to where I wanted it to be. I originally had Locust Miser / Gnat Miser , Liliana's Caress and Megrim, and Nezumi Shortfang . It was a hodge-podge of good intentions and bad executions.

After a few matches against my friend Transbrak he tells me, "By turn 4 or so your opponent isn't going to have much to discard." I looked at him and said, "Wow, you're right. It's sad that I just wasted all of this time on a deck that isn't going to work."

Then I remembered an old friend: The Rack. Problem solved, thought I. I may not be able to get you to discard, but I can sure as hell punish you for not having a hand. Plus, it's budget, so everyone wins!

Just need a little help whittling it down to 60 cards. I'm thinking about cutting 2x Drainpipe Vermin, but I'm not sure. Keep suggestions budget and constructive, please!
