hello,

my city is HOPEFULLY going to have a modern tournament in September. Iv'e been watching some modern lately and i am very interested in playing at one of these tournaments. however i don't have a lot of money to buy a decent deck.

I've been playing edh for a couple of years now, and one of my favorite commanders have been Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord , in this deck i don't play a lot of combos, but i do have one card. Wall of Blood acts as a combo that if i have the highest life i can pay life and sacrifice Wall of Blood to kill the opponent.

I want to make a modern deck that is cheap, and focuses on this combo.
