DraGonSpell Firedancer does serious work in maintaining board control. When I burn, which I do often it also allows me to slap some creatures around and remove things that would normally eat a burn spell while still allowing me to deal direct damage.

actually now that dragonspell mentions it, firedancer has been rather useless. Granted he has done work for me in my deck but he's just so easy to kill and useless for even chump blocks half the time. Plus the deck tends to run out of steam fairly quickly. I'd say take out the Humble Defector and put in Outpost Siege at least you'll have a mid/late game with that rather than just two cards. And find something more useful in the MB than satyr

Oh, I get his uses, especially i the Humble Defector + Searing Blood combo. Just seems under-effective compared to the rest.
Would you consider Alesha, Who Smiles at Death for creature resurrection? She brigs back everyone except Brimaz, King of Oreskos

I've been running a copy of this deck but with having both Brimaz, King of Oreskos and Goblin Rabblemaster.I feel that Wingmate Roc could make way in the deck. I still am unconvinced with Humble Defector but I'm not sure if replacing him with Outpost Siege is any better.

@nabilbo Outpost Siege is an absolute god in this deck, especially first game. Hardly anyone uses enchantment removal. It's a new Chandra, Pyromaster! Except abzan and sultai can't kill so easily with their Hero's Downfall. And typically in most games you have to 2 for 1 most of the big threats on the board if you haven't killed them yet. the outpost allows you to do just that.

I agree with Thee_Irishman. Outpost Siege has done amazing in R/x Aggro/Burn decks. I finishes games or allows card draw. It's amazing with Hordeling Outburst/Token Producers. Also if you need a couple points of damage then hit all out and with a Outpost Siege it's basically game over. Also it's perfect with Control and their board wipes. Board wipe a clean slate of tokens and deal some back.
Also how has Humble Defector done? I could see a bump in Brimaz/Rabbler/Outpost for that slot.

I played your deck last friday but instead of Hunble Defector and Rabblemaster , I played Stormbreath and Wingmate. ( I think that Defector is not very efficient , only a good card only if yu have Searing Blood on hand).
- First game 2-0 against Jeskai. I think that I had very good hands, Monastery on first turn, Seeker and Soulfire ....
- Second game 0-2 against Heroic Blue/White. Both hands I had a little slow hand, and when I try to kill their creatures... Gods Willing, Ajani Presence or Counterspell... I missed a End Hostilities there.
- Third game 1-2 against White/Black warriors. In this case I had bad hands + the removals like Bile Blight or Heroe's Downfall.
- Fourth Game 0-2 Abzan. No much too say first game, he played 3 Rhinos continued.....I HATE ABZAN .
I love this deck but I will try Wild Slash instead of Searing Blood ( I put Searing on Sideboard for Monored or Token decks). Also Wild Slash allows me to play in third turn + Creatures of 2 mana drops like the Satyr or Soulfire, or to block with Seeker .
However I have serious doubts about Wingmate and Stormbreath. Also Im not sure of including Gods Willing to protect creatures.
PS: I highly recommend Circle of Flame to put on Sideborad.PPS: My apologies but Im really bad at english so maybe I had many mistakes.

I think that Stormbreath Dragon + Wingmate Roc is too much, I dont think the deck should need both. Personally, I like the Roc over the dragon because of the Raid trigger.
As for Humble Defector VS Goblin Rabblemaster I think what you did is fine, Defector is not needed, I am just a fan of him as a draw engine and the janky ass combos that the deck can do lol :)

Yeah totally agree. I will use God's Willing instead of Roc and Storm , because last Friday I missed something to keep Soulfire, Satur or Seeker alive ( Too many removals from Abzan, Jeskai and Monored ) I think that with these changes the only deck that could fuck me really hard is the heroic Blue/White.
I will tell you this friday how was.

I will use this version of your deck this Friday

It seems to me that Satyr Firedancer is just taking up space right now and could be removed for some more burn or token generators... does he still preform on par?
