If you're going Sliver Overlord as your general you need Amoeboid Changeling to steal your opponent's cards. Also, Sliver Hivelord and Sliver Queen along with Tooth and Nail are pretty solid card choices.

Also Bonescythe Sliver beats Fury Sliver. I would also replace Joiner Adept for Manaweft Sliver but that could result as a more personal choice although it would improve the theme's strenght. Also you could consider Creeping Renaissance instead of Grave Sifter and find a place for Megantic Sliver as a monstrous beater.

Also Venom Sliver + Thorncaster Sliver is pretty funny.
