Woah what an original idea

Trying to make a good first deck, so I figured a simple red aggro deck would be nice to play my first few games with. Working on a budget (max £100) because I don't really want to spend too much on a game I'm not sure I'm completely into.

Win Conditions: Vexing Devil (+ Lightning Spear) would be ideal to carry through the game, but the deck relies heavily on small jabs at the opponents health pool with low-mana spells - built to work with only three mana.

If you want to give any feedback, please just link some sort of resource to help with this process - I can't seem to find any concise ones online. Thanks much!
