A super crazy idea for a modern Traxos build.

In the deck there are 27 ways to untap Traxos, Scourge of Kroog and of those, 11 play defense as well. The synergy between Scryb Ranger and Traxos, Scourge of Kroog is plain to see and Smuggler's Copter makes for an effective way to pressure an opponents life total while giving a cheap way to untap Traxos, Scourge of Kroog and provide some card filtering too. Stitcher's Graft is an awesome draw in the mid game when you need a way to untap your Traxos, Scourge of Kroog and pumps it up to a 10/10 while completely mitigating the drawback.
