Interesting take on Toy Boat!
The little changes i would made: Subterranean Tremors in place of Vandalblast (more versatility an a f$$$ing giant lizard!
Toxic Deluge in place of Decree of Pain (save your big creatures and take on indestructibles).
And maybe Beast Within in place of Seedtime (which is a it or miss anyway), but Beast Within nonetheless!!
Seems fun to play!

Watch list: card:Bomat's Bazaar Barge. There hasn't been a boat in the deck since I cut Toy Boat.

Without a true 4c commander I figured I'd use something from the un- sets. Toy Boat is a fuckin' G!
This deck has been winning games. It's best in multiplayer where you're not singled out and can mana fix, then start wild 'n out
