Topsy Turvy

Enchantment

The phases of each player's turn are reversed. *(The phases are, in reverse order, ending, postcombat main, combat, precombat main, and beginning.) *

As long as there are more than two players in the game, the turn order is reversed.

You could manage this with a second upkeep, using either Paradox Haze or Sphinx of the Second Sun. Or in silver boarder magic use Topsy Turvy to take you upkeep late in the turn.

Topsy Turvy + Vedalken Mastermind with Panoptic Mirror + Enter the Dungeon. Your thoughts, berryjon?

Herald of Leshrac is probably my favorite "cumulative upkeep" card that I have. Especially when I have a way of sacrificing an opponent's lands before Herald of Leshrac dies.

BlueScope on Is it an infinite combo?

@bluechandra: It wouldn't likely see a lot of use, seeing as an infinite loop causes the current game to be a draw. Only being able to play a single Winding Constrictor is much more constricting than Standard decks would want to go with.

@bushido_man96: It's turn order, whichever that may be at the current time (Topsy Turvy and one of the Planechase planes which's name I can't recall also change the direction of turn order).

Raging_Squiggle on Lighthouse Chronologist with Multiplayer

In between each of your opponent's turns, you insert your own turn. So if there are 4 players, including yourself, and you are player A, the turn cycle would look like this if you just began your real turn:

A, B, A, C, A, D, A, (repeat from beginning).

If you didn't have a Chronologist, the turn order would be as normal:

A, B, C, D, (repeat from beginning).

Having an active Lighthouse Chronologist doesn't skip over other peoples turns, and it doesn't warp the turn order like Topsy Turvy does.

Raging_Squiggle on Cards that don't follow the …

Any text on a card supersedes the rules of the game itself. Knowing this should resolve any questions the OP might have.
Example: Omen Machine, Paradox Haze, or Topsy Turvy (Un-cards don't really count, but this is a prime example of how cards dictate the rules).

In addition, a card that restricts someone from doing something trumps a card that allows the same thing.
Example: An opponent has a Leyline of Anticipation (or Alchemist's Refuge) in play and you have a Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir in play. Teferi's ability trumps that of the Leyline (or the land) so the opponent will not be able to cast cards as though they had flash. No always trumps Yes.
