Search the City
Enchantment
When Search the City enters the battlefield, exile the top five cards of your library.
Whenever you play a card with the same name as one of the exiled cards, you may put one of those cards with that name into its owner's hand. Then if there are no cards exiled with Search the City, sacrifice it. If you do, take an extra turn after this one.

Even worse: A horrible blue deck consisting of Storm Crow s and a ton of copies of Search the City , along with a lot of Battle of Wits so that it adds up to two thousand cards. Essentially, 1/5 islands, 1/5 Storm Crows, 1/5 Battle of Wits, 1/5 Search the City, and 1/5 Random Removal Spells just to make it the worst blue deck ever.

Hm... way back in Khans block, I got a lone Soulflayer...that stunk.
I don't crack a lot of packs, but I've actually never pulled a mythic rare. Ever. So that's bad in and of itself.
Once I got a Sphinx of the Chimes way back in RTR. That was bad too. But nothing compared to how bad Search the City was...

Some possibilities off the top of my head: Sasaya, Orochi Ascendant, Search the City, Phyrexian Dreadnought, Phyrexian Etchings, Eater of Days, Chronatog.

i'll admit that this thread might be dead...
but..screw it! now i understand the card,i'll persist
still on the Sphinx's Tutelage Shadowborn Apostle/ Relentless Rats Lost Legacy vibe.. what if we protect the apostles/rats by putting them in exile to avoid the legacy trigger and then get them back into our hand for the next casting? "stocking up ammo" style,so you can name them twice
as ginko2580 stated , Search the City?? it's "may" clause could be fun
magical christmas land anyone?..anyone?..

Psychic Surgery? You forced him to Shuffle his deck... and exiled now all of one "Target Card" in his/her deck/hand/grave, and a 1 of 2 card choice after that on top of his/her library.... exiling up to 5 cards is pretty huge. Did you have CMC and 2x Legacy's in hand? Do it again... exiled 10 cards... "ok, and............ Pass turn, go ahead" LMAO
Rakshasa Vizier ? Shadowborns/Relentless Rats you would just need to get them into Graveyard to trigger Vizier ability?..... then use the Lost legacy... something there? and a bunch of +1/+1 counters for Vizier??
Search the City? Is there something weird there? Shadowborns/Relentless Rats..... you won't have one of those cards again in your hand?
Just thoughts to add if anyone else sees something......

The deck looks fun. It uses two enchantments I really enjoy, Search the City and Hedron Alignment and is a lot better than the jank I put together.
Have you thought about putting some amount of Eternal Scourge in since it's similar to Misthollow Griffin? Not sure what you could take out, but does seem fitting.
