Zombies are my favorite creature type, so I like the overall idea here. I think there are some easy ways to beef up the potency here while staying on theme and leaning more heavily into the ‘churn out zombies’ wincon.
It’s pricey, but Gravecrawler should be an automatic inclusion. It pairs magnificently with Diregraf Colossus (or really any sac engine), is on theme and has pretty wicked artwork if I do say so myself (particularly this version
).
I’d also recommend ditching Escaped Null and Ghastly Gloomhunter as they don’t contribute much to the overall strategy. Enjoy the site, there are plenty of users with expert knowledge of the game that can provide even better suggestions, so keep an eye out.

Have you thought about updating this to be Standard legal again?
Maybe adding more Swamps to replace you nonstandard lands, this would also help you more efficiently use your Fabled Passages.
You could replace you Dreadhorde Butcher with Guul Draz Mucklord or since you aren't using Lurrus of the Dream-Den as a companion you could use Dire Fleet Warmonger instead. Maybe consider replacing Woe Strider with Ghastly Gloomhunter or Nullpriest of Oblivion, both can become more useful in the later game.
