Well, thinking of your mana leak theme,

Lose Focus is fun with replicate.

Supreme Will: Use to run this in standard to either protect or dig for your commander. Rat colony was a fun deck, just wish Tetsuko could be their commander. Confounding Riddle is just a newer version of this card as well (which you already run).

There are a few counters (2 or 3?) in recent sets that say something like, 'counter target spell unless opponent pays 2, get x small effect' Most I think cost 1U. Not sure if those would be your jam.

I think you have or are already running the best unlimited hand size cards. I will just reiterate Library of Leng. No discard phase = never discarding down no matter what you handsize is (negates something like Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur being used against you).

More modal counterspells: Confounding Riddle, Supreme Will (also Blue Elemental Blast/Hydroblast, depends on your meta though)

Spellbinder doesn't work with Rebound, but since Pakpatiq has flying and curves directly from this, I think It's worth considering (also, Nexus of Fate)
